Want to join a company going through a full transformation, and contribute to the improvement of its processes? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Digital Marketing intern from September 2025 to February 2026 . You will join our convivial teams in our headquarters in Paris.

As part of the international Havana Club marketing team, and under the responsibility of the Senior Brand Manager Digital, you will strengthen your skills in the digital marketing environment. We will give you responsibilities to deliver our social media & influencers management, from content ideas to production and community management. Being a small structure within the group, joining Havana Club’s global design team will allow you to grow in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Your key missions:

In support of the Brand Manager's Social Media & Influence Management

• You will follow-up and monitor our various International Social Media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) in relation to our social media agencies: creation of our editorial calendars, content & formats for global pages.
• You will be responsible for the production of our influence projects (seeding, events/festivals, special campaigns).
• You will coordinate with market teams, content teams, brand ambassadors, and partners (artists, brands…) to get all necessary content and share innovative ideas to create new ones.
• You will create & share the quarterly content packs with all necessary people.
• You will build a genuine and solid international network with all existing friends & family of the brand (DJs, rappers, fashion designers, bartenders) and new ones.
• You will be a creative mind in the team, imagining and putting in place original ideas for our followers to always be excited by what the brand does & publishes.
• You will monitor our results monthly.
• You will conduct monthly benchmarks on competition and best-performing brands on social media.

In support of the Digital Ecosystem Manager

• You will support the Brand Manager – Digital Ecosystem in the maintenance of our digital platforms.
• You will participate to the management of the global Havana-Club Website and all its local versions: m anaging website & platforms development, maintenance, and optimizations (based on Wordpress), c reating new digital assets, landing pages following brand and markets activations, following-up on the SEO strategy and analysis and work on its implementation, proposing new digital optimizations and or features for the brand to improve user-experience benchmarking around web trends.
• You will participate to the Data base management:Creating CRM assets, user-journeys, segmentation & managing our datas.
• You will participate in our E-Commerce initiatives:Creative ideas, assets developments and coordination with markets to put them live in the way we desire.
• You will monthly benchmark on digital innovation & all news about new technologies.

• You have an interest in the digital marketing area of expertise (social media, website management, CRM…).
• You possess good project management skills & autonomy.
• You are fluent English (written & oral), Spanish & French are a plus.
• You are interested in international rap & trap scenes, as well as the streetwear environment.
• You are open, rigorous, knowing how to keep a network alive.
• You are a creative mind and don’t fear to share your ideas.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
