Job summary
Une société immobilière recherche des agents indépendants motivés pour développer leur portefeuille en France. Les candidats, qu'ils soient débutants ou expérimentés dans l'immobilier, seront formés pour valoriser et diffuser des biens, organiser des visites, et accompagner les clients jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire. L'autonomie et la motivation sont essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle dynamique.
Qualifications
- Motivation à développer un portefeuille client.
- Compétences en immobilier non obligatoires.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
Responsibilities
- Développer votre portefeuille en recherchant des biens et des clients.
- Mettre en valeur et diffuser les biens de vos clients.
- Organiser les visites et identifier des acheteurs potentiels.
- Accompagner vos clients jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire.
- Créer votre propre équipe de conseillers immobiliers si souhaité.
