Immigration Specialist
Job summary
A relocation support company is seeking an Immigration Specialist to manage immigration procedures for clients relocating to France. You will ensure a smooth transition by providing administrative support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in immigration law, strong knowledge of procedures, and fluency in both French and English. This role is 100% remote, preferably based in Paris or Montpellier, with some travel across France as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in immigration law or international mobility.
- Proven experience managing clients cases related to foreigners’ rights in France.
- Strong knowledge of French immigration law.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients relocating to France.
- Oversee key immigration processes, mainly visa procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding their relocation.

The Immigration Specialist - France is responsible for supporting and strengthening our team in handling immigration procedures for clients relocating to France. Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, you will ensure a smooth and stress-free transition by managing immigration procedures, administrative formalities, and the human side of mobility.
Through the Hiliv platform, you will act as the primary contact for new clients relocating to France. You’ll oversee key immigration processes, mainly visa procedures in compliance with French law.
Beyond administrative guidance, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing clear explanations, practical tips, and reassurance to make every client’s relocation experience smooth and transparent.
As a frequent user of the Hiliv platform, you’ll work closely with our CTO by sharing feedback from the field, such as clients needs or opportunities for improvement, helping us continuously refine our technology and user experience.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in immigration law or international mobility.
- Proven experience managing clients cases and administrative procedures related to foreigners’ rights in France (residence permits, visas, EU / non-EU procedures, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of French immigration law and administrative processes
- Familiarity with digital tools (CRM systems, collaborative platforms)
- Experience managing cases for both EU and non-EU nationals
- Native or fluent in French
- Professional English is essential
