Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Systems, or related fields.
• Proven ability to design and execute scalable People processes with a global mindset.
• Deep expertise in HR technology ecosystems, ideally Workday.
• Skilled in balancing compliance rigor with user experience.
• Experienced in payroll operations and governance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a global team responsible for people operations and HRIS.
• Modernize Lime's HR technology strategy, including Workday optimization.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee support requests.
• Own payroll operations in partnership with Finance, ensuring accuracy.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to labor requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and People COEs to enable consistent practices.
