Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking a staff engineer for their DOM team to enhance the Gecko implementation of web standards. The role involves improving storage initialization reliability and collaborating across teams to deliver web capabilities. Candidates should have strong C++ skills and experience with multi-threaded programming. This position is hybrid with a salary range of €65,000 - €95,000.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in C++.
- Deep experience with multi-threaded codebases.
- Ability to work with web specifications like IndexedDB and Service Workers.
Responsibilities
- Improve Storage and system-level surfaces of our Web engine.
- Develop and debug in a complex, multi-threaded codebase.
- Investigate issues and propose architectural improvements.
