A leading electric mobility firm is seeking a marketing specialist to create localized demand-generation campaigns and manage local events in France. You will work remotely and are expected to have strong writing skills in French and experience with various marketing tools. Responsibilities
Local Demand Generation
  • Create and localise integrated demand‑generation campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement in the French market.
  • Develop and optimise sales collateral including articles, one‑pagers, reports, case studies, videos and email sequences tailored for local audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., sales, product) to align messaging and deliverables with overall business objectives.
  • Analyse user behaviour, website performance and testing results to implement on‑page SEO and continuously improve web copy on the French website.
  • Track campaign performance and use data‑driven insights to refine and maximise effectiveness.
Local Events Management
  • Plan, produce and coordinate content, communications, schedules and promotional materials for both on‑site and virtual events in France.
  • Oversee all event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, registration and coordination of deliveries to ensure exceptional event execution and attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver engaging, locally relevant event experiences.
  • Support post‑event follow‑up activities and reporting to measure impact and gather learnings for future event strategies.
Local Positioning
  • Implement PR strategies, co‑marketing initiatives and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand positioning in the French market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Conduct field research activities, including surveys, interviews and panel discussions, to uncover market insights, customer needs and industry trends.
  • Repurpose research data into high‑value content such as blog posts, whitepapers, presentations and customer‑facing materials to support marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • You have impeccable writing and communication skills in French but are comfortable interacting in English with your teammates.
  • You can share a portfolio and/or writing samples showcasing how you’ve translated business objectives and user data into successful content and/or campaigns.
  • You understand that writing for algorithms does not outweigh providing value to our audience; you’re meticulous in ensuring your writing speaks to our audience from the get‑go.
  • You are organised and can manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
  • You are proactive and entrepreneurial, comfortable taking ownership in a market where things are still being built.
  • You can travel across France to support your team at events once every 1‑2 months.
  • You have experience working with one or more of these tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Webflow, LinkedIn Ads.
