Presales Technical Consultant – Workplace Services

Location: France (Remote with occasional travel)

Permanent opportunity

Salary Range: €90,000 - €100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Presales Technical Consultant with a services background to join a dynamic Europe GIS Sales and Presales team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and pitching modern workplace solutions that help clients transform how their people work — securely, efficiently, and with the help of cutting-edge tools like AI and automation.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Sales, Client Partners, and Technical teams to design tailored workplace solutions for enterprise clients.
• Be the “storyteller” — translating complex tech into compelling business value for stakeholders at all levels.
• Create and deliver winning proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Guide clients on their digital transformation journey, focusing on hybrid working, workplace modernization, and support services.
• Influence deal strategies, help validate opportunities, and support go/no-go decisions.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and champion innovation in everything you do.

Skill Set/Experience with:

• ~7+ years of presales or technical consulting experience in Workplace or IT Services
• Modern Workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Device Management, Service Desk)
• Security, IAM, and compliance (e.g., Active Directory, MFA, encryption, GDPR)
• AI/GenAI in the workplace (e.g., automation, chatbots, smart support tools)

Advantages would be:

• Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL and IT4IT
• Excellent communication skills — can explain tech to non-techies and techies alike
• Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Passion for designing solutions that deliver real business outcomes
