The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a 1 (one)proactive and responsible Systems Intern from the professional careers ofSystems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or relatedcareers to be part of the Information Technology team .

The position : This position will be based in HQ-Lima, Peruand will report directly to the Information Technology Unit (ITU). Theobjective of this internship is to receive training in the operation ofcomputer equipment under a local network infrastructure with Microsoftoperating system, support to end users with office applications and specificapplications for research, as well as equipment support activities in networkinfrastructure and computer peripherals.

• Supportin the diagnosis of Hardware/Software incidents of computers as part ofHelpdesk service.
  
• Supportin the resolution of incidents and problems in the infrastructure of computers,peripherals and devices connected to a LAN network.
  
• Supportto end user for MS Office 365 applications, teleconference, resolution ofnetwork incidents and others.
  
• Knowledgeof ITIL foundation.
  

What are we looking for?

• Studentsof the last semesters or recently graduated in Systems Engineering,Information Technologies, Computer Science or related careers, belongingto the upper third of their faculty (indispensable requirement).
  
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11Operating System, Microsoft Office 365 applications, configuration anddiagnosis of PCs, peripherals and teleconference applications (Teams, Zoom,etc).
  
• Capabilitiesto support systems for end users and remote users (oriented to theservices)
  
• Interpersonalcommunication and teamwork skills.
  
• Willingnessfor learning and strong teamwork skills.
