Zusammenfassung
An international consulting firm is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a remote project in France. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and ATF, focusing on process improvements and leading workshops with stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity for a contract of 12-24 months, with a flexible start date. Candidates must be fluent in French and have strong business-level English skills.
Qualifikationen
- Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Experience creating and executing tests with ATF.
- Investigate failed ATF tests and collaborate with developers for resolutions.
Aufgaben
- Propose improvements to ITSM processes based on best practices.
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
