Job summary
Une entreprise leader en restauration aérienne recherche un Responsable développement RH à Roissy-en-France. Vous serez en charge de piloter la politique d'emploi, le développement des compétences, et d'animer une équipe dédiée pour 2000 collaborateurs. Une expérience réussie en développement RH dans un contexte industriel est demandée. Offrant un salaire compétitif de 60.000 à 70.000 € brut annuel, ce poste est une opportunité d'évolution professionnelle au sein d'un grand Groupe.
Qualifications
- Expérience significative en développement RH avec au moins 1 000 collaborateurs.
- Connaissance du secteur agroalimentaire, logistique ou de production.
- Reconnu pour le sens du collectif.
Responsibilities
- Piloter la politique d'emploi pour le recrutement et l'intégration.
- Déployer le plan de succession pour les postes clés.
- Contribuer aux projets RH stratégiques.
