Context: Are you passionate about building immersive 3D experiences and pushing the limits of what’s possible with Unity? We’re looking for a Unity Software Engineer to help us shape the future of LiDAR simulation.

In this role, you’ll design, develop, and refine features within our Unity-based platform, working hand-in-hand with designers, 3D artists, and engineers. Your work will drive the creation of scalable, high-performance, and intuitive solutions that empower our users and bring complex technology to life.

• Closely work with different teams including 3D artists, designers and engineers.
• Prioritize and schedule the releases of bug fixes and features.
• Monitor the performance of our simulator using Unity’s profiler tools.
• Design and restructure the code base.
• Continue the development of a realistic crowd simulation to navigate 3D environments.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years working with Unity on professional projects (3D software, simulations, or games).
• Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with UI development in Unity (UI Toolkit / UXML / USS).
• Knowledge of Unity’s AI Navigation System.
• Ability to integrate and optimize 3D assets (environments, characters, interactive objects).
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to performance optimization.
• System and architecture design.
• Knowledge about LiDAR sensors.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and profiling Unity applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
