We're looking for passionate individuals with customer care experience in the travel industry and fluent Mandarin language skills. We’re G2 Travel, a wholesale tour operator with a network of offices spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities include:

1. Negotiate, contract, maintain, and foster relationships with supplier partners.
2. Obtain and supply contact details before deadlines to ensure complete information is available to groups.
3. Maintain proactive contact with the group to anticipate and avoid issues via phone, social media, and in-person (where applicable).
4. Minimize costs to the business and the group for these changes.
5. Ensure all actions regarding the group are logged and communicated, including relevant cost information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is essential.
• Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin are essential; French and Japanese are a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
