On-site and workshop activities: modifying machines on-site (upgrades, tooling, etc.), commissioning machines on-site, troubleshooting machines at customer sites, conducting on-site audits and preparing parts lists with references, advising and informing clients about new Serac technologies, supervising a team of technicians, workshop personnel, and external companies on-site.
Within the customer service department (according to service needs, as decided by their manager): providing remote technical support to clients, conducting small studies for service proposals (feasibility and cost estimation), preparing validated quotes, and training clients (operators and maintenance staff).
Your tasks will mainly focus on automation (adapting programs on client sites, system upgrades, data exchanges on Tio Portal system, etc.). You must speak English fluently, be autonomous, personable, and resilient under stress.
