The Financial Services team develops Mirakl’s financial services offering dedicated to marketplace. Our most advanced financial services offering is a future-proof, globally compliant third-party payout solution that seamlessly integrates into existing marketplace payment workflows, enabling operators to focus on growing their marketplace business. From seller onboarding and know-your-customer (KYC) to 1P & 3P funds reconciliation and escrow, all processes are handled efficiently with centrally managed regulatory considerations.

As VP of Financial Services Products, reporting to our CEO, your main mission is to define the strategy with the CEO and execute our Financial Services vision, ensuring clear communication with all Mirakl stakeholders and customers. You are a key player in ensuring the quality and business value of our solutions.

The position is based at our Paris headquarters, but we are open to other locations (EMEA / AMER East Coast).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the strategy, lead the financial services product teams, and the go-to-market efforts.
2. Lead the financial services team to deliver innovative features and enhance existing functionalities to improve customer performance.
3. Deeply analyze the market to identify new opportunities by reviewing Mirakl’s addressable market, product offerings, go-to-market strategies, and execution requirements.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Alliances, Customer Success, etc.) to execute the strategy and build product awareness.
5. Hire and lead the Mirakl Financial Services product team and go-to-market teams.
6. Identify and establish business partnerships that add value (e.g., white-label partners for regulated financial services).
7. Take ownership of the commercial success of this new business line for Mirakl.

Profile:

• You must have strong experience in financial processes/products and/or payment systems.
• You have extensive experience in the Fintech environment.
• You demonstrate proven executive communication and leadership skills.
• You have experience managing, developing teams, and growing the associated P&L.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• You have experience managing products.
