A leading cryptocurrency exchange in Lyon is seeking an experienced client services manager to handle VIP client relationships. You will leverage your sales expertise in managing a portfolio of high net-worth institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant experience and be proficient in French. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and analyzing client behavior to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients;
  • Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication;
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers;
  • Analyze the clients\' behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports;
  • Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience.
Qualifications
  • At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc.;
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.;
  • Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous;
  • Strong communication and written skills;
  • Proficient in French (written and spoken) ;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills.
