A leading design agency in Paris is seeking a Freelance Senior UX Designer to join their cutting-edge R&D Accelerator design team. This role involves collaborating across teams to create user-centric solutions that enhance productivity in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with design tools like Figma. This position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency collaborating with research strategy and familiar with design thinking and user centric methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
