An established industry player is seeking a Transformation and Change Lead to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role involves overseeing large-scale programs that require collaboration across various business units and functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that both technology and operational deliverables are met while mentoring junior colleagues and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. Transformation and Change Lead
Locations: France, Paris /UK
As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Transformation and Change Lead will oversee the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, i.e., complex programs of high USD investments that require the involvement and/or impact of more than one function or business unit.
The Transformation and Change Lead will ensure that programs are managed in a holistic fashion and technology deliverables as well as operational / business deliverables are met.
