Tasks

• Document and verify all operations and transactions of Allianz Partners' legal entities within the Accounting Systems in collaboration with the central team.
• Accurately record operations and transactions in the Accounting Systems, adhering to group internal policies, regulatory standards, and deadlines, while complying with local and IFRS GAAP, tax, and legal requirements.
• Verify that all operations and transactions from Feeder Systems are properly recorded in the Accounting Systems by investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Reconcile and clear all open item transactions within the Balance Sheet Accounts.
• Provide clear justification and thorough documentation for all open items that result in outstanding balances.
• Conduct and document comprehensive bank reconciliations.
• Review accounting journals to finalize monthly results, promptly identifying and addressing any booking discrepancies.
• Assist with external audits and ensure timely resolution of all related findings.
• Focus on implementing best practices and optimizing or automating processes.
• Contribute actively to cross‑functional and group projects.
