Un groupe d'ingénierie de renommée mondiale, rebaptisé pour anonymiser, recherche un responsable des ventes pour le secteur Nord et Est de la France. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en commerce avec une expérience significative dans l'industrie automobile. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des relations avec les clients stratégiques et la mise en œuvre de la politique de vente d'entreprise, tout en veillant à atteindre des objectifs budgétaires et de marge. Qualifications

  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire dans l'industrie automobile.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
  • Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre la politique de vente pour le marché.
  • Gérer un portefeuille de clients et prospects.
  • Identifier des opportunités de développement commercial.

Description du poste

MAHLE Powertrain is a global engineering consultancy and part of the wider MAHLE group specializing in the design development and integration both of advanced internal combustion engines and of electric powertrain systems. Leading the development in ICE Electro mobility and future propulsion technologies.

Location : Reims France

Your contribution :

  • Participate in the development of sales policy for your market and implement it in the area for which you are responsible : North and East of France
  • Implement the sales policy defined by the company (products promotions customer offer etc.)
  • Manage the distributors sales force (training information meetings accompanied tours)
  • Be responsible for achieving the sales targets set for your market and any other products
  • To achieve budgetary turnover and margin targets while ensuring compliance with the sales policy and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects in the markets or products for which you are responsible (from negotiation to collection)
  • Manage monitoring and developing sales with the key account customers assigned to it
  • Supervise the sales promoters in your area in terms of their duties and organization (accompanied tours planning sales priorities feedback from the field events etc.)
  • Identify profitable business development opportunities (products services market share) while preserving margins
  • Competitors analysis and reporting
  • Work with other company departments

Your Experience & Qualifications :

  • 2 years higher education in Business or equivalent professional experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience on similar positions in automotive industry
  • PC Literacy
  • French with a level of English enables to communicate with the Group
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to manage priorities
  • Sense of customer service communication & ability to put forward the proposal
