Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans le secteur aéronautique, avec de solides compétences en maintenance et gestion de projets, pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations de production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en systèmes aéronautiques.

Responsabilités

• Définir et spécifier les besoins d'infrastructure manufacturing et les exigences d'entretien.
• Gérer la maintenance préventive et corrective en suivant les protocoles de sécurité.
• Collaboration avec les équipes de procurement pour le suivi des contrats.

Job Environment

The line manager is a Team Leader or Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include defining, specifying, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing infrastructure and resources, ensuring smooth production operations, and implementing maintenance policies.

Scope of Activities

• Define manufacturing infrastructure needs and maintenance requirements
• Prepare technical specifications, estimates, schedules, and acceptance plans
• Collaborate with Procurement on contracts
• Estimate maintenance budgets
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following safety and lead time protocols
• Manage projects, monitor work progress, and document activities
• Ensure preventive maintenance of infrastructure and resources
• Manage subcontractors and update technical documentation
• Contribute to capital expenditure planning and quality assurance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Activities are adapted for employees on work/study contracts to align with their training.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience, ideally 15, with significant experience in aerospace systems and/or structures design.
