About the role

RBR’s sales team combines technical expertise with a commitment to ocean science. We partner with leading organizations and researchers around the globe to deliver high-quality instruments and reliable customer support.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to grow our presence in France. In this role, you will drive sales by developing new opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and representing RBR as a trusted partner. You will connect researchers and organizations with advanced technology that supports important oceanographic and environmental research.

This role is ideal for someone motivated by achieving results, building long-term partnerships, and creating tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Main responsibilities
  • Present and promote RBR instruments to scientific and technical users
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio across France (research institutes, universities, environmental engineering firms, etc.)
  • Expand, nurture, and retain customer relationships in France
  • Grow and manage the customer base in France, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Identify, develop, and sustain business opportunities in the French market
  • Prepare commercial offers and respond to tenders
  • Identify new market opportunities and prospects within oceanography and environmental sciences
  • Represent RBR France at trade shows, conferences, and workshops

  • Permanent contract (CDI) with fixed salary + performance-based bonus
