As a Talent Acquisition Manager (Growth/Corpo/Ops), your mission at Qonto will be to find, attract, and hire the best profiles for our Growth / Corporate / Operations teams in four markets (France, Spain, Italy, and Germany). Your work will help us create better and faster solutions for our clients.
You’ll be working closely with our hiring managers, candidates, and sometimes recruitment agencies.
Your manager will be Joshua, our Lead Talent Acquisition Manager for Growth, Corporate, and Operations at Qonto.
Joshua has a robust background in Talent Acquisition, having honed his expertise over several years in the industry working on a large variety of roles and markets.
Since joining Qonto, Joshua has progressed from Talent Acquisition Manager to Lead Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing significant hiring initiatives and contributing to Qonto's dynamic growth. As a manager, Joshua prioritizes creating a supportive environment where individuals feel valued and empowered to contribute their best.
