The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulics, strong leadership skills, and be fluent in French and either German or English. Qualifications

Tasks

• Lead and coordinate assembly work on retail projects in France
• Proper execution and supervision of hydraulic installations and systems
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all construction and assembly steps
• Manage and guide the on-site assembly team
• Closely collaborate with project management clients and subcontractors
• Document project progress and report to headquarters
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support on-site with a hands-on approach

Requirements

• Completed training or expertise in hydraulics or supervisor site
• Experience as an assembly supervisor preferably in retail or construction environments
• Excellent French AND German or English skills; knowledge of the second language is advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively within France and possibly beyond
• Strong leadership and communication skills
