A leading Fintech scale-up in Paris is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of Enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will drive account expansion and navigate complex sales cycles while collaborating closely with senior leaders. Ideal applicants possess a strong B2B SaaS background and have proven experience in upselling and managing Enterprise clients. This position offers a permanent contract with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of €75k plus uncapped variables.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in Fintech.
  • Experience managing a multi-account Enterprise portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of CFO and Finance leadership roles.
  • Experience in upsell, expansion, and renewals.

Responsabilités

  • Own and develop a portfolio of ~50 Enterprise accounts.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and run expansion and upsell strategies.
  • Perform deep account mapping to uncover decision-makers.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior finance leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, CSM, Product, and Marketing.

Job Description

My client is a high-growth Fintech scale-up, recognized as one of the standout players in the French tech ecosystem. With around 100 employees, they deliver powerful SaaS solutions used by major international Enterprise organizations.

They are now hiring a Strategic Account Manager M/F to take ownership of a highly active Enterprise portfolio with massive expansion potential.

This role requires real strategic perspective : analyzing the market, challenging internal expectations, and helping shape the company’s Enterprise strategy. You’ll join an international environment where complex sales cycles and high performance are the norm.

  • Permanent contract
  • Paris (1 day remote / week)
  • Hiring process : 3 interviews + 1 Business Case
  • Compensation : €75k base + €75k uncapped variable
Responsibilities
  • Own and develop a portfolio of ~50 Enterprise accounts.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities across countries, business units, and use cases.
  • Build and run a clear expansion and upsell strategy.
  • Perform deep account mapping : uncover decision-makers, influencers, and internal champions to unlock new revenue paths.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at Enterprise level.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior finance leaders (CFOs, Finance Execs).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, CSM, Product, and Marketing to maximize impact and execution speed.
Profil
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (Fintech background is a strong plus).
  • Proven experience managing a multi-account Enterprise portfolio.
  • A track record that ideally combines prospecting and Account Management for large Enterprise clients (revenues €100M+).
  • Strong knowledge of CFO / Finance leadership personas.
  • Significant experience in upsell, expansion, and renewals.
  • Solid command of modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
  • Excellent mastery of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Fluent English (direct manager is English-speaking). Any additional language is a plus.
  • Comfortable with tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Mojo, and AI-powered solutions.
