Overview

Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform giving organizations control over their AI talent processes and technologies to unleash the creation of analytics models and agents. Providing no- low- and full-code capabilities Dataiku meets teams where they are today allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

As a Sr Manager Professional Services you will lead a multidisciplinary team of Engagement Managers (project manager consultants) and Data Scientists (Solution specialists).

Your team will primarily be responsible for deploying activating and implementing the Dataiku platform for enterprise clients thereby accelerating their return on investment. Your team will also provide the necessary expertise to help clients realise their projects and vision throughout their lifecycle.

You will manage the Retail & Services portfolio more specifically focusing on companies from the Retail Pharma & Telco industries.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and frame client needs in order to perform service pre-sales and build commercial proposals.
• Implement and oversee the execution of a Services Delivery Methodology in a Product company. Proactively manage client escalations and ensure a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with account teams (Account Executive Customer Success) to ensure Dataiku clients achieve high adoption rates and realise significant value.
• Manage utilisation and margin metrics for your region as well as sales forecasts for services and support in your portfolio.
• Lead the team of experts manage conflicts and contribute to developing their talents.
• Ensure the efficiency of processes within your team and their proper understanding and use by account teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards.

What we are looking for

• You possess both strong interpersonal skills (listening and presentation) and are not afraid to occasionally delve into complex and sometimes technical subjects.
• You are organised and able to manage both short-term pre-sales and long-term execution follow-up simultaneously.
• You have a good IT and Data culture.
• You have over 8 years of experience in leading external projects and managing teams.
• You are bilingual in French and English.
• You are based in Paris.

Bonus Points

• Experience in a high-growth software company or in a Data consulting firm.
• Experience in Retail Pharma or Telco industries
• Experience as a Data Scientist Developer or IT architect.
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Data transformation and change management within large corporations.
