Responsabilités

• Ensure the availability of resources required by on-site quality teams to inspect every component or tool.
• Contribute to preparing aircraft and tooling inspection sequences.
• Train production inspectors.
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Define appropriate inspection resources.
• Inspect first produced components.
• Suggest corrective actions based on process analysis and parameter drift detection.
• Develop inspection plans.
• Automate inspection data acquisition.
• Define and build inspection methods.
• Use inspection data to define process capabilities.
• Monitor technology trends.
• Address and resolve QSE alerts.
• Ensure team skills through training and certifications.
• Support QSE maturity development.
