A tech company is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant SPM to lead implementation projects in France. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow and strong project management skills. Fluency in both French and English is required. This position offers the opportunity to work on significant projects with major clients in the French market.

Role Summary

As a Senior Technical Consultant SPM at R5 Labs, you'll lead strategic implementation and optimization projects specifically focused on Strategic Portfolio Management. You'll partner directly with French-speaking clients, analyze their needs, and deliver customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction across the French market.

• ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in SPM module.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
• Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in SPM modules highly preferred.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects with a focus on targeted modules, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Language: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
