We are seeking a Senior UX / UI Product Designer (f/m/d) to support our development team.

What your day will look like

You will define how the construction industry collaborates digitally by creating thoughtful, functional, and visually appealing user experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our product development and innovation through user-centered design.

As a Senior UX / UI Designer, your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Designing intuitive, efficient, and accessible interfaces for our platforms, including prototypes from low to high fidelity.
• Participating in a cross-functional design team, sharing knowledge, refining workflows, and supporting colleagues.
• Contributing to and evolving the Thinkproject Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Validating and improving user experiences through research and testing.
• Promoting UX best practices across departments and shaping the internal design culture.
• Presenting designs and thought processes clearly to stakeholders for alignment.
• Supporting accessibility standards to create inclusive digital experiences.

Requirements for the role

Product Design Experience

• Minimum 3 years in UX/UI or product design roles.
• Experience designing desktop and mobile applications (native and cross-platform).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, UX thinking, and tangible outcomes.

Tools & Methods

• Proficient with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with user research and wireframing tools.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and B2B software environments.
• Knowledge of and experience with complex Design Systems, especially Google Material Design.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (AA standard).
