Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Purchase Manager Manganese Ore (M / F). Reporting to the Manganese Ore Sales Director, you will play a dual strategic role: developing manganese ore sales across key international markets, while also securing the procurement needed to support the Group's alloy production plants. Your main objective is to sustainably optimise the financial performance of the scope under your responsibility. The position is based in Paris 15th district.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of international clients (Americas, Asia, Europe), including strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure operational and commercial follow-up.
  • Develop sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process.
  • Build commercial offers by optimising logistics, financial, and tax-related costs.
  • Provide the marketing teams with strategic market intelligence on clients, competitors, and developments.
  • Negotiate external manganese ore purchases for the Groups alloy plants (over kt / year).
  • Identify and maintain a strong network of international suppliers and traders.
  • Analyse supplier offers and optimise procurement costs for industrial sites.
  • Monitor production site demand forecasts and coordinate logistics flows with all stakeholders.
Your profile
  • Masters degree (Business School, Engineering School or equivalent).
  • At least 10 years of experience in export sales or procurement roles, ideally in industry or the raw materials sector.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, market analysis, and contract management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, rigor, and team spirit.
  • Fluent English is essential (international environment).
