Senior Regulatory & eDiscovery Project Manager
Location: France (remote)
Languages: French (Fluent or close to it)
Salary: Negotiable + bonus & benefits
Responsibilities
- Work with other company leaders to develop and execute strategic action plans relating to the company’s European Regulatory matters.
- Participate in client meetings as needed in support of Regulatory engagements.
- Consult with clients and professionally advise them on best practices to navigate regulatory engagements. Demonstrate knowledge of requirements for specific regulatory agencies, including the European Commission; French Competition Authority; French Financial Markets Authority; German Federal Cartel Office; Competition and Markets Authority; Financial Conduct Authority.
- Consult with and advise Clients through the full scope of the case regarding eDiscovery workflows, project planning, database setup, etc., consistent with industry best practices and standards (e.g., Department of Justice; Federal Trade Commission; Copyright Claims Board).
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and set appropriate internal expectations.
- Have a technical understanding of the data collection process and eDiscovery tools, including applications commonly used in eDiscovery platforms (e.g., deduplication, predictive coding, advanced analytics, production specifications, email threading).
- Conduct and participate in custodian interviews.
- Partner with Review Managers to ensure all review workstreams are satisfied.
- Partner with Technologists to ensure all predictive coding is appropriately applied.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of Regulatory/eDiscovery project management, consulting, or litigation support experience in a top-tier law firm, consulting practice, or similar.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, with specific experience managing antitrust or other regulatory matters.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations and adapt capabilities to meet client requirements.
