Description du poste

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, a deep understanding of clean architecture principles, and a strong background in CI / CD practices, particularly using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and robust.

Your main tasks would be as follows:

1. Development:
   Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and services.
2. Implement and advocate for clean architecture principles to ensure a scalable, maintainable, and testable codebase.
3. Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to automate workflows, deployments, and infrastructure management.
4. Code Review and Mentorship:
   Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to uphold best practices and coding standards.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Product Management, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
6. Testing:
   Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
7. Documentation:
   Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and CI / CD processes.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

1. You have at least 7 years of experience in Python development.
2. You understand clean architecture.
3. You know how to tackle legacy code and reduce technical debt.
4. You have experience in PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, Celery, Django.
5. You are comfortable working with large data volumes.
6. Your troubleshooting skills are backed by a strong expertise in APM and, if possible, Datadog.
7. Skills in MongoDB and NoSQL are a plus.
8. You have knowledge of and a keen interest in the web and e-commerce.
9. You know modern CI / CD tooling.
10. You are familiar with Terraform.
11. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
12. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
13. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
