Salary : €65000 - €75000

Salt have partnered with a leading MarTech platform to find them a Senior Product Designer who'll be supporting the Product team as they continue to scale.

Reporting directly into the CPO, you'll be working closely with the other Product Designer, Product Managers and QA across the full breadth of the product suite.

This is a high-impact role at a profitable company with 90% YoY growth. They have 300+ customers across Europe, including some enterprise giants. You'll be working across the full breadth of Product Design responsibilities, from Discovery and Research to final UI delivery.

You'll continue to evolve the brand's Design System, creating clear and consistent interfaces that align with the brand's identity. You'll also be working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to help define problems and validate ideas through prototypes and testing.

Requirements :

• 5+ years' Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of end-to-end design work.
• Prior experience in the influencer marketing industry or MarTech (B2B SaaS in general would work, but the former is the preference)
• Proficiency in English and French
• Proven experience in solving complex UX problems such as 3rd party integrations
• Proficiency with Figma
• User empathy, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset

This is a remote-first role, requiring you to be in the office in Paris only once per month. Given the pace of the organisation's scaling, there's plenty of space for progression down either IC or Management routes.
