Qualifications

• 8 years experience in event attraction or immersive experience production preferably at a global scale.
• Proven success managing multi-region productions from pre-production through installation.
• Strong skills in budget management vendor negotiation and logistics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong command of production workflows contracting and stakeholder communications.
• Technical understanding of scenic fabrication electrical and AV systems.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage projects across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production logistics scheduling and coordination across multiple markets.
• Own the production budget from forecasting to final reconciliation ensuring efficiency and transparency.
• Oversee contracts and SOWs for venues fabrication and production partners.
• Supervise local producers providing mentorship and structure.
• Ensure that project tools are implemented and maintained.
• Conduct venue selection and adaptation processes.
• Evaluate and select production and fabrication partners.
• Ensure all installations meet safety regulations and requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for cross-departmental alignment.
• Drive post-opening evaluation and documentation for improvements.
