How youll make an impact

Lead High-Impact Advisory Projects : Drive strategic consulting initiatives for top-tier electricity sector clientsspanning distribution transmission retail and generationtackling regulatory economic and technical challenges.

Innovate for a Sustainable Grid : Analyze and support the integration of renewables (onshore / offshore) electrification trends (e-mobility hydrogen industry) and efficiency measures to future-proof electrical networks.

Deliver Smart Solutions : Apply proven methodologies and cutting-edge tools to solve complex system studies and operational challenges ensuring high-value outcomes for clients.

Strengthen Client Partnerships : Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders contributing to long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

Drive Business Development : Support sales and marketing efforts by addressing technical inquiries incorporating client feedback and identifying new consulting opportunities .

Lead with Excellence : Manage projects end-to-endplanning budgeting risk management and deliverywhile mentoring peers and enhancing internal processes and tools.

Your Background

Educational Qualifications : Masters degree in electrical engineering electrical power systems or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (Masters PhD MBA) are preferred.

Extensive Experience : minimum 5 years of experience in executing power systems studies and a deep understanding of electrical power systems. Proven experience in designing understanding and performing power systems studies with a consulting approach.

Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the electric power industry market systems and equipment.

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in power systems modeling simulation and analysis with experience in software simulation tools such as PSS / E DIgSILENT PowerFactory ETAP EMTP PSCAD RTDS and the definition of various static and dynamic studies.

Languages : native in French and fluent level of English
