As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Echo Power, you’ll lead a team of engineers in the assessment and design of electrical power systems ranging from 480V to 15kV. This hybrid role blends technical design expertise with field leadership, supporting infrastructure projects across the United States. You’ll oversee scopes, budgets, and schedules while driving innovation in low voltage design and power system studies. This position requires periodic travel across the U.S. (up to 25%) and access to high‑speed internet from a location near a major airport.
Lead the development of electrical construction documents and project plans Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and submittals Manage engineering checklists and ensure code compliance (NEC, NFPA) Conduct and review low voltage design work and power system studies Perform SKM modeling and validation Lead field data collection and translate findings into innovative solutions Provide AHJ oversight and ensure regulatory alignment Maintain clear communication across project teams and stakeholders Participate in field work as needed to support project execution.
