Roster: 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off (FIFO)

About the Role
Seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our site-based project delivery team. This role will be responsible for the administration of high-value construction, supply, and service contracts in support of a large-scale EPCM-managed gold processing facility. Working closely with the Project Manager and EPCM team, you will ensure contract compliance, manage variations and claims, and safeguard the projects commercial position throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage major contracts for construction, supply, and services on site.
- Ensure contract compliance with Montage Gold policies, project requirements, and legal frameworks.
- Assess, negotiate, and resolve contractor claims, variations, and disputes in a timely manner.
- Work closely with EPCM, contractors, and vendors to monitor performance against contract obligations.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of contract expenditure, commitments, and risks.
- Maintain contract registers, correspondence, and records in line with project governance.
- Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and contract awards as required.
- Advise the Project Manager on contractual risk, obligations, and strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in contract administration / commercial management on large-scale resource projects, preferably in gold or mineral processing.
- Strong knowledge of EPCM contract frameworks and construction contracting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex contracts in remote or international locations.
- Proven track record in claims management, dispute resolution, and contract negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail and risk management.
- Prior West African or remote FIFO project experience will be highly regarded.
- Must be fluent in English.
- French speaking strongly preferred.
