Primary Purpose
The A&T BU Sales profitability systems manager is responsible for maintaining the Sales force system, ensuring user adoption through new developments, and leading the replacement of the Atlas project (currently supported by SAP BI) with a new application for actuals & forecasts, under the supervision of the BU Sales Controlling and Digital Manager.
Key Accountabilities
Sales profitability tool replacement project (Atlas):
CRM tool (Sales Force): adoption and expansion.
Leadership competencies and technical skills required
Proven experience in project management, ideally of CRM system implementation.
Experience in sales and industrial controlling is essential.
Proficiency in business intelligence systems, with an interest in digitalization and automation tools. Good experience with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to understand business levers in an industrial context, including intra-BU flows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Creative thinking and successful change management skills.
High autonomy, reliability, transparency, accountability, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English and French.
Travel up to 20%.
