A&T, one of the three business units of Constellium, is the worldwide leader in aluminum value-added plates for aerospace and a key player in General Engineering, Defense, and Transportation aluminum applications. A&T has 3,800 employees, five plants across Europe and North America, three agencies in Asia, and generates €1.1 billion in revenue.

The A&T Finance function leads the finance activities across the BU, including:

  1. Management support: Advising on significant contracts and projects, establishing procedures and systems for efficient management.
  2. Controllership & Accounting: Supporting the production of consolidated accounts, implementing new accounting standards, and supporting external audits.
  3. Management controlling: Maximizing shareholder value, optimizing working capital and cash flow, supporting product mix optimization, leading forecast and budget processes, producing management reports, developing BU reporting systems, supporting investment analysis, and providing business expertise.
  4. Risk management, internal controls, and compliance.

Primary Purpose

The A&T BU Sales profitability systems manager is responsible for maintaining the Sales force system, ensuring user adoption through new developments, and leading the replacement of the Atlas project (currently supported by SAP BI) with a new application for actuals & forecasts, under the supervision of the BU Sales Controlling and Digital Manager.

Key Accountabilities

Sales profitability tool replacement project (Atlas):

  • Seize the opportunity of SAP BI obsolescence to simplify the system setup, making it more practical and sustainable while addressing business needs.
  • Gather business needs and collaborate with IT corporate to define and validate the new system design.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap, including data flow mapping.
  • Preselect potential providers, organize demos, and select applications and providers, considering budget restrictions and leveraging current IT landscape (e.g., Sales Force, Microsoft Azure).
  • Manage IT service providers: monitor performance, track costs, and prioritize requests within budget.
  • Use project management methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, action trackers) involving all partners (business and IT, internal and external).
  • Lead steering committees to ensure alignment between strategic vision, business needs, and IT capabilities, considering system limitations.

CRM tool (Sales Force): adoption and expansion.

  • Act as the primary contact for user community: gather needs, lead workshops, prioritize, and resolve issues.
  • Organize and lead regular user training sessions.
  • Manage IT service providers: monitor performance, track costs, and prioritize requests.
  • Manage major developments using project management methodologies with all partners involved.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through controls.
  • Maintain system specifications and user documentation.
  • Manage access rights, ensuring GDPR and other data restrictions compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for system improvements and increased adoption.
  • Lead steering committees to ensure ongoing alignment with strategic and operational needs.

Leadership competencies and technical skills required

Proven experience in project management, ideally of CRM system implementation.

Experience in sales and industrial controlling is essential.

Proficiency in business intelligence systems, with an interest in digitalization and automation tools. Good experience with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to understand business levers in an industrial context, including intra-BU flows.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Creative thinking and successful change management skills.

High autonomy, reliability, transparency, accountability, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure.

Fluency in English and French.

Travel up to 20%.
