A leading SaaS company in Paris is seeking a Velocity Sales professional to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. This hybrid role blends support and sales, providing opportunities for personal growth in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have prior experience in sales, fluency in French and English, and a collaborative approach. The position requires working at least 4 days a week in the Paris office.
About the job
As a Velocity Sales, you will be in direct contact with customers and prospects in France and all around Europe, helping them get the most out of Yousign’s SaaS platform. Your mission is not only to provide outstanding support but also to drive small deal closures, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.
This is a hybrid role between support and sales, giving you end-to-end visibility over the customer lifecycle in a high-impact SaaS environment. You’ll:
Your Team You will be included in the Sales Support team, that is part of the Business Development team. The Sales Support team is currently composed of 5 Velocity Sales and 1 Manager.
