Overview

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Sales Leader to join our Sales team in France. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, proposal development, and client engagement within the automation and industrial solutions space. You will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives through technical and commercial proposal preparation, client coordination, and market research to strengthen INTECH’s business development efforts. INTECH’s commitment to innovative sales strategies ensures you will play a key role in bridging technical understanding with commercial value, supporting strategic pursuits, and contributing to sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in lead generation and qualification through market research and outreach.
  • Support the sales team by preparing technical / commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Attend virtual and in-person client meetings to understand requirements and present offerings.
  • Manage and update CRM entries and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
  • Develop a solid understanding of INTECH’s portfolio to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Participate in marketing and sales campaigns targeting specific sectors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering role, preferably with some exposure to inside sales, proposals, or client interactions.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Automation and Control systems, Automation Sales, or Software / Digital Sales.
  • A keen interest in developing a career in front-end sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and convey them in a commercial context.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
  • Sales experience in Total Energies of project solutions is preferred.
