A premier luxury travel company is seeking a Sales Development Representative in France to engage leads and cultivate prospective members for its luxury travel club. In this dynamic sales role, you’ll make 60-80 outbound calls daily, draft engaging communications, and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in quota-bearing sales, has strong communication skills, and is proficient in Salesforce. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $40,000 - $45,000 plus uncapped commission potential.

This role is located at Inspirato headquarters in downtown Denver: 1544 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80202. We believe building a vibrant headquarters will have a positive effect on the entire company. At Inspirato, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and cultivating prospective members for our luxury travel club. This results-driven role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a competitive sales environment and possess a strong desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 60-80 outbound calls daily to engage leads and educate them about Inspirato’s offerings.
  • Draft compelling and meaningful emails to communicate with prospective members effectively.
  • Qualify leads and contribute to the sales pipeline by handing off quality prospects to Membership Directors (Account Executives).
  • Maintain accurate task management and database upkeep in Salesforce.com, ensuring seamless sales operations.
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics, providing guidance on quota attainment and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with diverse sales personalities and departments, building strong interpersonal relationships.
Qualifications
  • Preferred 1-2 years of quota-bearing sales experience in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for active listening and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain integrity in all work.
  • Resourceful, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejection with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 Base Salary, $75,000 - $80,000 On Target Earnings - uncapped commission potential.

We offer a compensation structure that reflects market-competitive pay for similar roles based on company size, revenue, and location, while recognizing individual factors such as experience, performance, education, and scope of responsibilities.

Commission: Eligible for the Sales Commission Plan. Additional details will be as set forth after your initial start date.

HSA/FSA/Commuter Benefits: Pre-tax savings and spending plans, including employer HSA contributions.

401(k) Plan: Eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.

Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
