What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to play an integral role in the support of our French team and the sales pipeline at SOTI. You will conduct support for our Sales teams, monitor sales in relation to goals, and prepare, coordinate, deliver sales materials and general office administration. The goal is to facilitate the sales team’s administrative activities to maximize their performance and help support sales development within SOTI.

What You’ll Do
  • Booking and coordinating meetings
  • Receive incoming sales requests and compile the necessary documents to support the need
  • Manage and maintain sales-related documents throughout the sales process
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in SalesForce
  • Participate in local and international (mainly in Europe) events and trade shows to support SOTI’s sales teams and resellers
  • Act as a point of contact with our Channel Partners and customers to assist with creating business letters, creating quotes in our CRM and re-working quotes and orders
  • Researching contacts on behalf of the sales team
  • Fine tuning data records in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team across the region and with the regional manager
  • Collect data to create reports
  • Expediting and closing sales quotes
Experience You’ll Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in a role within customer service or the administrative field
  • Ability meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Well organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets
  • Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and a positive attitude
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French is essential
