Maxi Zoo Ireland is driven by the desire to make the life of pets and pet owners simpler, better and happier. To achieve this, we are currently recruiting for a Part Time Sales Assistant for our Liffey Valley store.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – Provide exceptional customer service by offering knowledgeable guidance on products, fostering positive interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while effectively promoting all Fressnapf|Maxi Zoo products.
• Brand Integrity – Achieve targets with the pets’ needs at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring the animals entrusted to us are well cared for at all times and that welfare comes first.
• Merchandise and Inventory – Curate an enticing shopping experience for all pet parents with impeccably stocked shelves and full product availability to minimise inventory discrepancies and maintain high inventory quality.
• Personal Development – Proactively engage in personal and professional development, in consultation with the store manager, while adhering to specified staff training timelines.
