As our Sales Administrator, you’ll support HID’s success by

• Arrange the despatch of customer sales orders (international and domestic).
• Carry out day-to-day sales administrative duties and provide support to the team and customers.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information.
• Process concessions, order amendments, and warranty orders.
• Raise and manage RMA requests and liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the process to completion.
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the efficiency of the department.
• Assist with Month End and Quarterly financial reporting related to sales (revenue, order intake, maintenance contracts) and RMA’s.

Your Experience and Education include:

• Proven experience in a Sales Administration or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
