We are seeking an experienced Europe HR Manager to assist the Global HR Director in varied missions related to our different restaurants. You will be responsible of the following missions :

  • Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding strategies for each restaurant.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with management on workforce planning, scheduling and labor cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contribute to be a safe working environment.
  • Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
  • Keep up to date with the latest labor law and equity regulations.
  • Performing and managing monthly payroll.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multi-sites and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
