Job Description

Within the industrial management, in close collaboration with the reception quality manager, the deputy reception quality manager participates in coordinating inspection teams and logistics quality assurance managers to ensure the conformity of received parts.

Main activities :

• Ensure compliance with processes, including proper characterization of quality notices issued by inspection and their handling by AQL (analysis, sanctions, closure).
• Analyze non-conformities (KPIs, periodic reports, improvement actions) and coordinate stakeholders in handling quality notices (suppliers, RAQL, RAQF, industrial pilot…).
• Manage supply chain quarantines (inventories, monitoring actions to reduce work-in-progress, rejects).
• Ensure actions are taken to secure quality following quality events, both during inspection and for logistics warehouses.
• Support logistics quality assurance managers in their task of handling quality notices (good practices, sanctions, supplier feedback for non-conforming parts).
• Analyze and sign supply chain conformity declarations.
• Contribute to improving supplier quality performance in collaboration with RAQF.
• Help achieve service objectives in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines.
• Promote quality approach and propose process improvement ideas.
• Update quality procedures and related good practices.
• Update and improve weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Provide backup for the service manager during absence.

Technical skills

• Good technical knowledge of aeronautical products.
• Good knowledge of quality standards (EN9100, EASA part 21G…).
• Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, 6M, 5 Whys…).
