Une startup en forte croissance recherche un recruteur passionné pour diriger l'acquisition de talents. Ce rôle constitue une occasion unique de bâtir une équipe et de façonner l'avenir du secteur du recrutement dans un environnement dynamique. Le candidat idéal aura au moins trois ans d'expérience, des succès avérés dans le recrutement de candidats de haute qualité, et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant des délais serrés.

Own recruiting at a high-growth startup that has legions of happy customers who are coincidentally recruiters like you. The position is full-time and on-site in our New York office. Note: It isn’t a good fit for people who look to others for direction and permission or require teammates to accomplish goals; you will be making it happen.

What you will be doing :

Everything to do with recruiting on the East Coast. You will take over responsibilities for our talent acquisition and own the outcomes. This includes recruiting from A to Z. While formalizing and owning Comeet recruiting, you’ll coordinate with key stakeholders in the company to plan and execute.

You’ll be recruiting for all positions in the org chart, from technical titles to sales and support roles.

Comeet is a collaborative recruiting SaaS platform for a modern business world that is rapidly integrating with other collaborative tools like Google Drive, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, and Box.

Easily deployed into almost any organization, Comeet replaces legacy applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets. Everything needed to find candidates, reduce the pool to a shortlist, and identify and hire the best is integrated. Tasks are automated, everyone and everything are coordinated and scheduled, and nothing and no one falls through the cracks. Our customers love the system.

We believe the best candidates will combine significant experience as in-house or independent recruiters and an appreciation for the opportunity that awaits them. Here is our wish list :

  • At least three years of previous recruiting success (ideally in a startup environment)
  • Ability to manage sourcing-to-hire workflows and project sequences (basically, keep a lot of balls in the air)
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding your KPIs
  • Experience with HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Experience conducting different types of interviews
  • Experience evaluating opportunities and prioritizing responses and actions
  • Proven ability to work independently without supervision
  • The awareness to identify what needs to happen next and the confidence to then do it
  • A sense of urgency to rapidly execute, evaluate results, and keep moving forward
  • The confidence to work with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
