About the location:

Apline chic on the Mont s’Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family who set out to create an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation, and our 2 seasonal operations are December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

The Spa Receptionnist / Therapist / Attendant is in charge of welcoming, assisting and advising our guests when they arrive at the Spa or when they make a telephone reservation, in order to offer guests a pleasant, efficient and professional welcome in line with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do

• The Spa Receptionist must be qualified and experienced in reception and service, demonstrate good team spirit, and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of an upscale clientele.

• He/she is responsible for making telephone reservations in line with Four Seasons standards. He/she has to be familiar with the full range of treatments in order to describe them in a sincere and authentic way and to advise our guests in the best possible way.

• The Spa Receptionist is also responsible for keeping the lobby and juice bar clean and tidy.

• He/she works in close collaboration with the hotel's various departments.

• Organizational skills are also key.

The Spa Therapist has be qualified and experienced in technical skills, reception and service, demonstrates a good team spirit, excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of high-end guests.

What you will do

• The Spa Therapist performs all massages in the cabin, whether for the face or the body. He/She also advises guests on the various treatments offered at the Spa and sells the range of products presented and used during massages.

• The Spa Therapist is in charge of maintaining the cleanliness of her cabin within the allotted time.

• He/She is in constant contact with guests and reflects the SPA's image and Four Seasons' values at all times.

• He/she responds to all external requests from Spa guests and must therefore have a good knowledge of the hotel and the opening hours of the various outlets.

The Spa Intendant role is to maintain and clean the public and communal areas of the Spa, welcome and guide customers, and ensure the safety of our customers during their time in the Spa. He/she must be a good team spirit, be flexible in terms of working hours depending on the activity, have a well-groomed presentation and good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of high-end guests.

What you will do

• Acts as an ambassador for the spa, helping to promote it, for example by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.

• Guarantee the security and also the relaxation of guests and assist them with any requests they may have. Ability to react quickly/anticipate/solve problems.

• Spa set-up on opening and closing shifts, maintenance of “Men's” and “Women's” changing rooms: restocking of linen and lockers, maintenance of washrooms. Cleaning and maintenance of showers, Sauna and Hammam.

• Serving tea in the relaxation room / refreshing beds in the relaxation room when necessary. Juice bar set-up: preparation of ginger tea and regular restocking (fresh and dried fruit, tea, coffee, fresh cocktails, etc.).
