Your main responsibilities

As QHSE Manager, you will ensure the implementation and compliance of quality, health and safety procedures at the Sabres (40) and Soulitré (72) sites.

To do this, your responsibilities will be divided into three areas, and your daily routine will look something like this:

You will be responsible for Quality/Hygiene

• You will guarantee operational quality by controlling the processes implemented, the critical points established and the health and disinfection plans defined, in accordance with regulations (establishing matrix instructions, indicators and monitoring indicators; managing non-compliance and corrective actions).
• You will ensure the preparation and continuity of certifications during audits.
• You will support the sales teams (agents and sales administrators): specific analyses, administrative requirements.
• You will monitor the health quality of the herds and implement actions in conjunction with our veterinary consultant.

You will manage the safety aspect

• You will propose corrective and preventive actions relating to employee safety, regulations and the improvement of working conditions.
• You will participate in their implementation.
• You will ensure the prevention of health and safety risks and enforce hygiene and working conditions;
• You will analyse workplace accidents with the help of CSSCT members and managers in order to implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures;You will prepare and lead CSSCT and CSE Safety meetings.

You will be responsible for environmental matters

• You will participate in the Group's sustainable development initiative.

You’ll communicate in French on a daily basis. Position based in France.

Permanent position based in Sabres (40) with occasional travel to our site in Soulitré (72).
