A leading asset management firm in Paris is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the renovation and fit-out of its hotel portfolio. This role involves managing projects across Europe, working with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, 5-7 years of related experience, and strong leadership and financial skills. Schroders is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the renovation and fit-out of the group's hotel assets (mainly 4 and 5 stars) both in France and across Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and implementing value‑enhancing projects across a diverse portfolio, with 50% of the assets based in France and the remainder located in Italy, Poland, Belgium, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Scotland, and England.

The Project Manager is involved with all the group's hotel assets, both in France (50% of the portfolio) and abroad (Italy, Poland, Belgium, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Scotland, and England).
Your main tasks :
You will also contribute to achieving the company's environmental improvement objectives for the property portfolio, in collaboration with the ESG Project Team.
In acquisition / disposal projects of hotels or hotel portfolios, you will support the Development team, particularly on the technical and administrative aspects of building assets, including:
Each Project Manager will handle 3 to 5 projects simultaneously, each at different stages. For each asset, a "reference team" is assembled, comprising members from each business unit within Schroders Hotels: project management, development, asset management, and finance.
