The role involves coordinating development teams across various countries and setting program documentation to support engineering policies. Strong experience in electronic and software development, along with fluency in English and French, is required. Frequent travel to support different teams will be expected.

Alstom is strengthening its position in Passengers' Experience offerings.
Convergence between onboard and wayside applications for Information Systems is now a necessity for several new tenders. This convergence will enable Alstom to better meet global customers' needs.
You are an engineer with solid experience in electronic, software, and system/product development.

You will participate in the acceleration of the Agate MEDIA program as a general objective by contributing to actions coordinated with the current team.

As a program manager for Video Analytics and Wayside applications, you will set up all program documentation to support the policies to be applied by the engineering development teams. Your initial focus will be on Audio and Video analytics programs and Wayside applications for CCTV and Public Address systems running over Wayside infrastructure. These programs will be integrated into the global Agate MEDIA program.

You will lead development teams based in different countries worldwide by setting clear guidelines (system requirement specifications) and monitoring progress to strengthen the programs. You will coordinate work between different teams to manage the development of internal or external software (Make or Buy).

The engineering model to be applied will be based on:

• Scrum development knowledge
• Validation & Verification with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tooling pipeline
• Deployment tooling to facilitate and accelerate commissioning

Internal software development shall involve front offices in every region of Digital Services.

Frequent travel is expected to support development teams in different regions.

You should speak English and French fluently.
